Are HILUVA products for human consumption?
No. All HILUVA products are sold strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only. They are not for human consumption, not for diagnostic use, and not for therapeutic application. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher operating within a registered laboratory or academic institution.
What is the purity of your peptides?
All HILUVA peptides are synthesized to ≥99% purity as verified by HPLC and mass spectrometry. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every batch. We test each production lot independently through third-party laboratories to ensure consistency.
How are products shipped?
All peptide products are shipped in temperature-controlled cold chain packaging with ice packs and insulated containers. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday). UK delivery typically takes 1–2 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United Kingdom only. We are evaluating international shipping options for research institutions in the EU and select other regions. Contact our team for institutional inquiries.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns once products have been shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.
How should I store the products?
Pre-mixed pens should be stored at 2–8°C (refrigerated). Lyophilized vials should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability. Nasal sprays should be refrigerated after opening. Always follow the storage instructions included with each product.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Yes. Every batch of peptide is independently tested and comes with a full COA including HPLC purity data, mass spectrometry confirmation, and residual solvent analysis where applicable. COAs are available upon request by batch number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via bank transfer (BACS) and cryptocurrency (BTC/ETH) for research orders. All transactions are processed securely. Institutional purchase orders are accepted from accredited research organizations.
