How we ensure your research materials arrive safely and on time.
Cold Chain Packaging
All temperature-sensitive products are shipped in insulated containers with ice packs to maintain 2–8°C during transit. Each shipment includes a temperature indicator for verification upon arrival.
UK Delivery
Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery. Typical delivery time is 1–2 working days.
Discreet Packaging
All shipments use plain, unbranded external packaging. The contents are not identifiable from the exterior. No reference to peptides or research materials appears on the outer packaging.

- Someone must be available to receive and refrigerate the package on the delivery day.
- If products arrive warm or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs.
- We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
- Tracking information is provided via email upon dispatch.
